What is compromise and why is it necessary?

The basis of any conflict situation is the conflicting positions of the parties regarding the resolution of a particular issue. In addition, it can be opposite goals or means to achieve them, a mismatch of desires or views. But the development of the conflict requires the action of one of the parties, in which the latter begins to infringe on the interests of the second party to the dispute.

There are a lot of causes of conflict and disputable situations. The public side of the conflict can include:

unwitting misinformation by one of the parties of relations;
distortion of reliable information;
unreliability of expert evaluation;
lack of confidence in information, etc.
In addition, disputable situations between the participants can be formed on the basis of status and social differences between certain members of society, clashes on religious grounds, the financial component, etc. That is, in fact, in conflicts there is a violation of the balance in the existing relations that exist in various spheres of human activity.

Compromise is a means of resolving conflict situations. Represents a concession in opinion or action, but on the part of both parties. Thus, by means of mutual concessions to each other the resolution of a certain disputable situation is achieved. Otherwise, it can be called a mutual agreement, which suited both sides of the legal relationship. Why do so many make reasonable compromises? The fact is that adherence to principles in any issue often leads not only to the emergence, but also to the further development of the disputed situation. And this state of Affairs is not without reason can be called a deadlock. A positive atmosphere between people must be maintained. It turns out that compromise is a mediator in human relations. hereditary relations, etc.
