Humidifier – an indispensable industrial equipment
No industrial production is complete without the use of specialized equipment, which helps to provide optimal conditions for employees. And, of course, among them is ventilation equipment. Normal ventilation should be present in any residential area, and in industrial – and even more so. An important place is also a humidifier. Practical application found humidifiers two methods of humidification – isothermal and adiabatic.
The adiabatic method of humidification is characterized by work with a constant amount of heat. Its temperature decreases due to the increase in relative humidity. Thin water spray enters the air and gradually evaporates. The transition of water from liquid to vapor is realized due to internal heat from the air, as a result of which its temperature decreases.
The principle of operation of spray-type humidifiers or atomizers is based on spraying water suspension, which consists of the smallest drops (diameter – 5 – 8 microns). Drops, coming from the nozzle of the nozzle, fly a distance of several tens of centimeters, and then go into a vaporous state. Such units are used exclusively for industrial purposes.
Humidification of air isothermal way is realized at a constant temperature. The temperature does not change in the process of increasing the relative humidity. Saturated steam enters the air directly. Water makes the transition from liquid to vapor state due to an external heat source. More rational is the hardware use of isothermal moisture.
The influence of industrial humidifiers on the technological process and, directly, on the quality of the finished product is undeniable. At the present stage, industrial humidifiers, as well as air purifiers are quite common and successfully used in the textile, tobacco, wood processing industry, printing, museums, photo labs, server stations, in the pharmaceutical industry, etc.
